the new ad campaign for the df metro system. tqm is a common acronym meaning “te quiero mucho” (“i love you a lot”); el sistema de transporte colectivo is saying “te quiero metro” with this.

Haha, I think that just makes me like it even more.
There has been a general “acknowledging our own individual creepiness” trend in the US over the last several years I have noticed. I cite the work of ad agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky and of Quentin Tarantino for examples. Also dudes with mustaches.
